its location permission only on settings. no bt permission. I cant connect hc-05 on mit app using android 11

I cant connect hc-05 on mit app using android 11

The HC-05 must first be paired in the Android Bluetooth menu (Settings → Bluetooth → Search for device → Select HC-05 → usually PIN 1234 or 0000).
