I tried your suggested solution and it seemed to work right the first time
But from the second photo onwards, every photo taken is saved 1 time in the DCIM / Camera gallery and once in the black / Picture

It makes no sense that it should only work the first time. I have no problems with it. Which device and Android version are you using?

Try both (MOVE and COPY):

Both methods work for me (tested: Galaxy Note8, Xiaomi Redmi Note5).
