Friends!
i am able to record the outgoing call with the help of a sound recorder. Call Recording works perfectly when i communicate on speakerphone.
But when i tried to use wired handset or BlueTooth device for receiving calls then it doesn’t record the voice.
Please help me out with any extension or any medium / code.

You are lucky the sound recorder is working with your speakerphone setting!
With AI2, what you want to do is not currently possible. I do not know of an extension that will do this.
To meet privacy rules/law, you should advise callers that you are recording…
