Could someone please help me with my coding? I’m trying to create an automatic text effect where the letters appear one by one. Instead of using static text, I want the text to feel more lively, dynamic, and unique. This is the information: Flood controls are systems, structures, and strategies designed to reduce or prevent flooding in communities. These include drainage systems, floodwalls, dams, river dikes, retention ponds, pumping stations, and proper urban planning. Their goal is to manage the flow of water, reduce damage, and protect lives, properties, and the environment.

Another way possibly. Use a marquee, a rolling and possibly repeating message display.
