My finished app doesn't work property after downloading as APK on my phone but it worked normally on emulator before download. Pls what can I do to resolve the issue.

Your phone started out with an empty TinyDB.
Check your default TinyDB return values, to see what effect they will have if returned.
Common errors include returning a string instead of an empty list when a list is needed.
