The app inventor emulator keeps telling me to Add a Google Account whenever I do anything, sometimes twice back to back, and it is starting to impede my progress because I have to hit the back arrow and cancel. How do I get it not to not do that (without adding a Google Account if possible)?
You may have tried to open one of the Google apps in the emulator which would trigger this. You could try using the hard reset menu option to wipe the emulator. Unfortunately, that means you will have to go through the update process to get the latest companion. Afterward, you shouldn't get the message again unless of course you access one of the Google apps.
