App Inventor Emulator file missing 404 Error

App Inventor Emulator Download link doesn't work for mac. I try both and both say error 404 page not found. any help.

Windows AI2 Download Emulator link not working

Hi. I'm using app inventor for a project, i went to the windows download page (https://appinventor.mit.edu/explore/ai2/windows), and after clicking on the "download" link (https://appinventor.mit.edu/dist/MIT_App_Inventor_Tools_2.3.0_win_setup.exe) it redirects me to this error page [404 error]

These should be available again. They were unavailable due to the server problems we were having at MIT, which are now fixed.
