Hi!
I want to create an app that has a chat so that the users of the app can communicate to a specific person Is that possible? Where can I find information on how to do it? thank you

Is it possible to create an app that has a chat but the users of the app only can chat with one specific person? I mean, I want to create an app that people with a problem can use to get help. So, they can chat privately with the counselor. Is it possible to do that?
