Add Table Border Property, Center Tag Functionalities Into Editor

This is something that's not really important, but more of a nice-to-have feature.
I know that you can use tables (using the table tag) on this site, and other tags such as:

Header Tags
Line Break
(  ) &nbsp (No-breaking space) and others...

However, I've never been able to get table borders. Tables would look much neater with them.

The same may apply with Center tags, especially in App Showcase and Extension posts.
This is, as always, MY opinion. What's yours?
