Zip/Unzip File with password

Hello, I’m trying to zip one file with the great zip/unzip extension from Taifun. But I think this extension can only zip a directory, not a simple file - is this true? Is there another possibility?

I don't know of any other extension for this, but see here:

Thank you for your reply - but in the app inventor i haven’t found the ZIP method… Is it only in Kodular ?

this is correct
as workaround you could copy the file to zip into an empty directory and zip that directory then...

EDIT: in case you are interested to sponsor an upgrade of the extension to zip/unzip also single files, you might want to send me an email... thank you...
