@Maslo_Herbata, I can't really understand what you're saying in your description but I'm guessing your wanting to build a speech recognition app, here is a video on how to do that.

when you try to play youtube when speech recognition is always enebled then youtube dont work

I'm assuming you're opening https://youtube.com through a WebViewer, right?
