Yandex for many UI components and various languages?

Hello:
Each call to the Yandex translator only supports one element to translate and it is cumbersome to fill the block editor with many calls to the translator.
I have the user interface with various buttons and labels. Currently I do the translations manually, but is there a more elegant and less tedious way?
