Why does MIT App Inventor use the sms sending and receiving feature even though I don’t use the component?

Is this a virus : "a.gray.inventor.a."

I have written an app compiled from the App Inventor 2 platform and was successfully published in the Google Play Store, then I further submitted the apk to Huawei AppGallery, however, after their review, it was reported that the apk contained virus named "a.gray.inventor.a.", please advise if there is any solutions to solve this problem. Thanks.
