Where is the "replace all text" block?

I see coding samples that use the red block: replace all text
yet I cannot find that text block in my toolbox. Do I have to add it myself?

Check your Blocks Toolkit is set to Default in Project Properties

I did that but I still don't see it.
I also selected Custom but still did not see it.
