When I publish in play store the film is not compatible

Hello, I have a problem with the film of my app when I publish it, it says that it is not shareable with the one of goolge play.

As you can see, the video should be uploaded to YouTube and in the Play Console you input the URL for the video, for example:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yourvideoid

Usually on YouTube, the video would be mp4 format:
According to YouTube, the recommended video format is the .MP4 file type. To display your videos at the highest quality possible, YouTube also recommends using the h.264 video codec and a standard aspect ratio of 16:9.
