What to do when you get the error com.google.appinventor.components.runtime.Image ?

Now I'm just from Ukraine.
I will say yes I do not know what kind of error it is but I will say one thing I made a button with the same function and it works. I don't know why.
When do you get that message?
- at startup?
- in the Build process?
That message is incomplete. Show the rest.

I can say that I fixed this error, I don't know how, but I changed the image (the block itself) and everything worked out.
