The message from Google looks clear to me. I can not read your screenshots. What does your app do?

This is just a book with sound in it.
Google has determined your app is a news app. You have to figure out why.
Somewhere you indicated your app is a News in the Google Play console.
What is your 192.png image? Google doesn't like it.
