How can I transfer online shopping order/data from website to excel?
I am not aware of any native method, or extension, that will transfer data directly to Excel. You could try exporting your data to a csv file then uploading it to a place where Excel can import the csv file or contents.

With JavaScript you can do a Ajax call to the server,strip data in a table and save the table as excel file.

For that matter you could upload the data to a google sheet, and with some apps script generate an Excel file...
