Web view notification pusher

I am a newbie in appinventor,

I have a web that im tryin to convert to APK in the webview mode, Im trying to get the notifications from the webpage to be push throughout the apk so i can see it as a notificacion in android. I have Tainfunnotification 1 but I still can´t get it to work.
