Web got file default path

I'm pretty sorry to ask about this basic thing, but the more i read, the more i do not understand.
Could someone tell me what is the default path, because nothing happen on the label text, or please tell me where to save the file to use it later.

the GotFile event only fires, if you set Web.SaveResponse to true
