In short, the link i set for my web component doesn't seem to get called when I use the get function. Help would very much be appreciated.
Do you have a Web1.GotText event block to catch the incoming data when it arrives?
Yes, i do. Also, while i was trying to fix the problem i now managed get the error 1117, which(I think) is due to me adding a timeout of 600 to web1, so maybe the app is unable to connect to the internet?
