We can't process your request right now

Hi all,
There is a message after downloading .csv from google drive saying “We’re sorry… we can’t process your request right now.”

Please give me a solution.

Hi all,
After downloading .csv file from google drive it’s size is just 1.8 kilobyte and there is a message after downloading .csv from google drive saying “We’re sorry… we can’t process your request right now.”

Please don’t double post!

Try:

Check permissions on Google Drive and in your app (writing to external storage)
Check the csv file - it may be corrupt?
With a different csv file, does that work, or do you get the same response for all?
Can you download it OK direct from google drive to your computer ?
Create a new simple aia project to download/get the csv file, does that work ?

Hi Tim,

I have added a block for check permissions on Google Drive.
The csv file is ok.

Sometimes it download the file without any problem but sometimes the message inside the csv appear and the file size show it has only 1.08 kilobyte
