Not sure the “replace all text” can handle dictionaries.
You can do this cycling for all elements of the sub list ( first element of sublist is Original word, second is Replacement word ):

From your blocks I have assumed you have a table, with each record containing fields with one or more of the words in the Original dictionary. You should use ordered lists for the conversion - for simplicity.
Label 1 (before replacement):

["A", "Wakching", "C", "Phairen"],
["Phairen", "Lamta", "C", "D"],
["A", "B", "Lamta", "Shajibu"],
["Shajibu", "B", "C", "Wakching"]
]
Label 2 (after replacement)

["A", "B", "Lamta beng", "Shajibu beng"],

Can't see any real gain from using the list functional programming blocks....
This should be doable in half a dozen blocks, no loops.
Do the replacement on the incoming CSV table text, before CSV conversion.
There's a powerful text replace with dictionaries block that do all replacement in one shot.
