Good evening. I'm trying to create a speed camera (navigation, maps, alerts...). I would like to store speed camera data centrally and allow users to add or report new speed cameras. I should use Firebase to manage the database in real time. I would like to 1-create the user interface 2-configure Firebase in the inventor app2
3- connect the project to firebase using the FirebaseDB component.
I lack experience in this regard. Can you provide some indications, blocks....etc
Maybe I asked too much. Thanks
The use/creation of such an app indicates that users would be seeking to break the speed limit, and slow down, just for the speed camera, or take a different route if approaching a speed camera (in order to continue speeding). Breaking the speed limit is against the law. You need to read the terms of service.
What about adding or reporting potholes instead?

A very good way to learn App Inventor is to read the free Inventor's Manual here in the AI2 free online eBook App Inventor 2 Book: Create Your Own Android Apps ... the links are at the bottom of the Web page. The book 'teaches' users how to program with AI2 blocks.
There is a free programming course here Course In A Box and the aia files for the projects in the book are here: App Inventor 2 Book: Create Your Own Android Apps
How to do a lot of basic things with App Inventor are described here: How do you...? .
