Using gestures in my app

Hi,
is there a way to use touch gestures in my app?
I know using horizontal and vertical scroll and in lists.
I want to have this: exemples:
two fingers greater and smaller -> to change the size of text
Move left a finger -> to have the next textfile or else

I have no idea how to manage it nor found something seaching ‘gesture’, I guess it is not possible.
