I was working on a little app that allows students to submit there homework to teacher's dropbox I have been trying to make it work for 2 days but I failed
I tried to combine
https ://puravidaapps.com/pick.php
https://puravidaapps.com/dropbox.php
by sir @Taifun but I can't open the file manager/picker to choose the file I want to upload and get "there is no file manager installed on this device" here is the 2 projects I combined that I wanted the app to open the default file picker on the phone

If you are asking for help, I recommend you to make it as easy for others to be able to help you ...
You probably will get more feedback then...
which means in your case post a screenshot of your relevant blocks...
To download the aia file, upload it to App Inventor, open it, do some bug hunting for you, etc... this takes time, and most people will not do that...

generally you have to move your blocks
also the DataType is incorect... text does not exist... choose a valid mime type, for example text/*
