The blocks you posted don't do any decrementing of any variables, so this is likely the wrong procedure to inspect.
Search your blocks for -1 values or subtract blocks, and post those here.
It does decrement, but now the question becomes:
Where is this procedure called from?
Why did you decapitate the blocks image?
Now we can not see which event that was.
Please download and post each of those event block(s)/procedures here ...
