Unable to setup vagrant

Hello Eyeryone,
I'm new here and I've been trying to setup vagrant on my pc (Windows 10). I am following the instructions provided in README.md file. After installing the vagrant-vbguest plugin, the vagrant up command does not run.

I also tried running the same commands from inside the C:\HashiCorp directory but it shows the same message. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.
A little help will be much appreciated.

You need to run the vagrant up command from inside the appinventor-sources directory cloned from GitHub.
