Unable to publish a simple app on Apple Store following the tutorial

I'm trying to use https://iosbuildservertest.appinventor.mit.edu/ to publish a small app to the Apple Store, but whatever I try, it gives me the same error: "[UploadPackage] ERROR: Unable to determine the App Store Connect short name."

The app I'm trying to publish is simple: a web view and three buttons. No extension included. I also followed the step-by-step guide carefully: Building Apps for iOS with MIT App Inventor

No use. Everything that I try gives me the same error.
I've yet to learn what I am doing wrong. But it's frustrating.

App Inventor is unable to compile this project.
The compiler error output was

Have you set up an App Store Connect entry for your app? I believe this can happen if App Inventor cannot find the entry in App Store Connect.

Thank you for your reply. Mind you, I don't have an Apple Computer myself available; I must do all the work on a Windows computer. However, I borrowed a MacBook, replicated all the previous steps as explained in the "howto", and it worked! So, it seems the problem resides in using a Windows machine. Since everything is online, it is odd.

I work only with Windows and I can right publish in the Apple Store my App.

I think I got it... After installing iTunes and making a first login, it allowed me to publish the app finally! For you, it may be evident that this is a required step. But I was utterly lost. Sorry to bother you.
