Unable to find some blocks

I was doing a tutorial when I stumbled upon these sets of blocks. I tried looking for them but I could not find them. I don't know where I can find them. Can anybody help me with this?

But I did have a look at the procedures section. Mine has only two blocks. These blocks.

Change to: procedure, write name of your procedure

these are custom procedures, you have to create them yourself..
