Unable to edit "call procedure" block

Hi how do I edit this: procedures_callnoreturn

I'm trying it to edit like this (example): blocks (35)

it is the last block.

edit the procedure (and not the call procedure block) and the call procedure block will adjust itself magically

Change the procedure name in the procedure block.
Never leave the name as 'procedure'.
