Windows emulator installer link is not working.
The Server in the USA is down unfortunately. We will have to wait until MIT is back in action, it's around 5 in the morning currently.

There was a power outage at MIT yesterday that caused a number of servers to go offline. We'll try to restore it remotely as we are not allowed on campus due to the coronavirus pandemic. In the meantime, here's a link to version 2.4 that should get you started.
You may also want to try out the beta testing of the newer emulator package:
