Unable to build App Inventor on my machine ... again

When I try to run the latest App Inventor repo on my machine, I always get this error. I followed every instruction in the README file, but it doesn't seem to work. I tried removing the folder and reinstalling but to no avail.

My machine is using UTF-8 character encoding, and git status says my fork is in sync.

Java and Ant are both installed.

Ok, interesting. This could be a Windows-specific regression. Do you have access to a macOS or Linux build environment?
