I completed a Korean translation on weblate a few months ago.
However, to date, translations have not been included in the release.
Are there any other times when translations are applied?
The translation for the Dictionaries block does not exist on weblate, so cannot be translated.
What should I do?

Sorry about the delay.
We had to make some changes to App Inventor in order to use weblate for translations. We have those changes up on a test server to be sure that nothing was broken. The server is here: http://ai2-translations.appspot.com
It should work exactly the same as production.
Once we're secure in this change, we will roll out your Korean translation.
Weblate needs to be updated with the dictionaries strings. I'll do that.
