Per Mobile CSP for the I have a Dream (Soundboard app), there is supposed to be a property to change the tutorial. Has it been moved?
The TutorialURL property is now located under the Project Properties dialog, which you can access either by using the button in the toolbar next to the screen controls or via the Project menu.
