Hi, I’m making an app in which when you say a word (basically a code word) your device turns on without actually having to go into the app. Like when you say “Text” your device automatically turns on without you having to go into your app. Is that possible on MIT App Inventor? Please and thank you!

No, you have to decompile your app and edit the mainfest.
Bear in mind that this was written over 3 years ago, things may have changed.
