Welcome. This is not a bug on the app inventor side so i changed the category. Please search before asking, since this has been asked before. In your case you have a block somewhere with an empty socket.

According to the error message, it is in Screen3.
If you do a Clean Up Blocks operation in the Blocks Editor, it will be easy to find.
