TinyDB Tags shared with all apps

To my surprise, when I listed the TinyDB tags from one app, I found tags from my other apps listed as well. Is this correct? I thought the tags were exclusive to the app that created them and not visible to other apps. Also, when I share the APK with others, will all these tags be canned as well in the app?
