TinyDB record count

I need to count how many records are in my TinyDB and I found this code. But I can find the block that is circled in red. I have looked at all the blocks and it isn't there.

Find the + block in the Maths drawer that isn’t like this.

Drag it into the Blocks editor, right click on it, and select “External Inputs”.

Ok, So that is the one I was looking at. It just look different from the example.
