Three dot menu customization

If I click the three dot menu in the upper right corner I can see three entries:

  1. "Stop this application"
  2. "About this application"
  3. "Settings"

Item 1 executes something like "exit()" so the app is closed.

Item 2 can be customized through the properties "AboutScreen" in the Designer page.

What about item 3? At the moment if I click on it nothing happens, the pop up is just closed.

Is there a way to customize the "Settings" item?
Is there a way to remove it?

You cannot change the Settings item on the menu.

If you really need this functionality, then create your own title bar.
