This is not the correct way to compare dates.
And what is the correct way?
We tell you again and again, format your dates so that they are alpha-numeric:
2026.08.24 >>> 2026-08-24
then 2026-09-01 will be greater than 2026-08-24
this should fix your labels not being hidden.
Also, use variables where possible, labels are for display purposes.

Then compare using math
Will solve your issue for sure
