There are 2 switches, if first switch is off, other two are disabled in off position and grey colored

the 1st one is for notifications, the 2nd for notifications sounds and the 3rd for vibration, so if notifications are off sound and vibrations must be off and disabled, but if notifications are one user can personalize it
