The webviewer is down even though I was trying to test it
How reliable is your network connection ?
It has a strong internet connection
Then there should not be an issue. Are you testing with companion app or compiled app ?
Android device and version ?
Relevant blocks ?
Im testing with the companion app
on a cromebook
and it is just the webviewer
Are you running the companion app directly on the chromebook? Or on an external device ?
Is this on a school network ?
Its back up
also no its just my home cromebook
I would have a look at the connections setup in your router/local network if you are having a recurring issue. This is not to do with the webviewer or AppInventor, per say, but Appinventor does require some ports to be open in order to work correctly.
