the project does not drop in my download folder What should I do? The project is very important

There are 2 possibilities:

  • Your web browser is set to not allow popup windows
  • You stuffed your project's Media folder with so much Media that it's too big to download now. (Delete the biggest files online, put them on a diet, and reload them. before trying another export.)

You don't have to do all of that.

What is making your project so big, Images ? Other files ?

It happened to me! Your sessios timed out! Reload the page and then you should select Project >> Export selcted project
