Anyone having this issue? My students laptops are being frozen when they try to upload their project files. Help!!!

What does this mean? The app stops loading before reaching 100% perhaps.
Are they loading a tutorial or an aia or what. To help we need more information. Are they using the emulator, an Android or ios?
Has this just started happening? Were they able to ever load OK.
Are the students on a school network? This on its face seems to be a network overload issue or a attempting to load a very large Project file.
