The application does not work

Hello everyone, someone else is failing the application? Do you know the reason for this error?

I had some projects where I connected to the ip of my computer by phpmyadmin. After the new update, all those projects where I connect to my ip, give me an error. Next, the error that appears in each project:
Error 1101: unable to get response with the specified URL: http://192.168.1.10/app2/list.php

Could your local router have reassigned your PC to another local IP address?
