TextBox Hint colors are not setting correctly

Running on WIN11 + Chrome Version 131.0.6778.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Built: November 17 2024 Version: nb199
Use Companion: Use Companion: 2.73 or 2.73u

Default and RGB colors produce a black text.
Some other colors set the font to an outlined version without color, eg: yellow

I haven't noticed this problem myself.
