Text in Textbox clickable but NOT editable

Is there any possibility to have a text in a textbox clickable but NOT editable?

I have a textbox which is containing customers information, eg

In urgent cases call Mr. x, Tel.: 012345-76895

User must mark the phone number in order to have "make a call" available but should of course not edit the text

Yes, use an ext. to make it clickable and set it to "ReadOnly". But why not using a clickable label instead?

Right, that works only on Niotron, Kodular, ...
So you must also use an extension for it.

Alternatively, you could use a button with no background color.
