Testing for google apps

Up until now I have a few apps on google play, but now google are asking for testers. I am a retired old dog and do NOT have a wide list of people I wish to ask. Is there a group that would be suitable for me to ask for testing

Yes Indeed, Peter. This is an appalling move by Google. THEY should provide the testing group! You echo my thoughts exactly. I do have a couple of family members who might agree, but I suspect most people would not want their email addys to be circulated to google. It is almost a breach of confidentiality! Indeed, I wonder if a class action would work on the basis that developers are being asked to provide (press family and friends) into giving google private emails! Seems to me to be quite wrong. I also see online that a new group of people are taking advantage of this by offering to provide testing....FOR A FEE! I have a minute sized app ready to go it is actually directed at people who are a little 'compromised' at understanding some electronic/math in context of calculating Watt-Hours for powerbanks. Most powerbanks now have the Wh stamped on them, but old ones may not, and the people who have these risk having them confiscated at airport security. If these powerbanks have the capacity in mA and volts, stamped on them, then the app will calc the Wh and thus alert the person whether they are within limits (100Wh). If not then they should simply leave them at home.
But now I can't publish the app! Unless I cross over to Amazon. But Google has he high ground in android apps.
What to do?

Mandatory closed testing for free will take long time, I would suggest make it fast within 12 days & If you want it to be completed not for free then I provide paid closed testing guaranteed service.
