Looks like both the variable USUARIO and CAJA.Texto are blank at the time an Append to CloudDB is attempted. To avoid the error message, Check those values first (check that the text length > 0)
Note, next time you need to show your Blocks, do not take a photograph, use App Inventor's capture function - right click in a space on the Blocks work area and select:
